Overview
Most people search websites charge you to unlock a full report. ThatsThem is completely free in that regard, we show you all of the data we have upfront. Some users, however, require above-average request-per-day volume. For convenience, we offer a self-service subscription system that allows users to choose how many requests they need per day. Users without an account are limited to 10 lookups per day but just by creating an account you automatically get an additional 20 lookups per day for free.
Refund Policy
Subscription refunds can only be issued within 24 hours of a transaction. Recurring payments can be canceled at any time by managing your subscription on the account settings page. If a recurring payment is canceled, you will still have access to your subscription until it expires. We are unable to refund subscriptions if a refund request is not received within 24 hours of payment.
Updating a Subscription
All payments are done through Stripe. If you wish to cancel or update a subscription, you can access the Stripe dashboard on your account settings page.
